Sometimes the reason for not matching is overcome by simply exchanging a couple of emails. 

2.Iv'e been hearing a lot of sentences like "you have to look at 50-100 houses before you buy" and "only if you are looking inside the house you can eventually estimate the real value" and so forth. now, this sentences are very logical and seems true, but as for now i am not in the position to do that sort of stuff. i have to trust indise guys that will help me, and to be totaly dependent of them. and advise how can i overcome this obstacle?

I think that could be overcome outside traditional banks. 

I am sure it will cause some issues for landlords with protecting units from smoke smell but seeing how large of an economic move it is it seems like a small hurdle to overcome.

When you syndicate and "jump" levels your financials do not align with loan requirements.All these hurdles are clearly possible to overcome, but I get the sense that most people that want to "get started" in syndications are not familiar with the intricacies.  

If it is an insurance type issue then it seems like it can be overcome.

Reducing the amount of potential showings before you start is hard to overcome.
