Bryan, I am not really into the political scene these days but I just checked the Tea Party website and it seems like you and I would both agree on their core values, which they have stated as fiscal responsibility, small government and free markets.So are you against them because you think they have the wrong people to implement their core values or do you think they do not really stand for their core values and are merely posturing?

I think an investor out there is quite happy at the moment... looks like they bought the place for $300K in September, and had it under contract in December for $830K after a mere 11 DOM and no subsidy.As for comps being larger @Russell Brazil, how much is that a really a factor for the demographic buying in the area?

You must tell your politicians to reduce property taxes - In such depressed economic circumstances, those taxes are deals killer.A house in Ferndale (MLS No. 29071925) sells for $12,000 but the taxes (Summer & winter) on it are $3,085 (A mere quarter of it's asking price).
