It was bought by an investor six months ago for 180k and he did a lot of repairs (as mentioned above) and it has all resurfaced or new hardwood floors and upgraded kitchen and baths.

I actually painted some hardwood floors and my tenants LOVE them.

This home is a duplex, built in 2006, each side has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with hardwood floors.

Plan is adding paint, crown, refinishing the hardwood floors, granite tile counter tops, and appliances.

What can I expect to spend on a replacement of new hardwood for a Main Floor of this house about 800 sq ft?

The house actually comes with granite, SS, and 1st floor hardwoods as the stock package.

The pictures don't look like it needs much repair, just paint and carpet/hardwood, possibly a little kitchen and bathroom updates.
