Anything else is a waste of time & effort.rergulators call these schemes to circumvent the laws pertaining to the activity.. believe me been there done that .. you don't win. 

I know J Scott mentioned briefly in his book that the whole red color scheme is out of date and since this is in a primarily high end neighborhood I know that the curb appeal is going to go a long way.

Not really that difficult, the bigger battle is dealing with the schemes and misinformation.Everyone, Sorry to get so honked over this stuff, spent too many years cleaning up messes I guess. :)

If only all those people who buy "get rich quick on the internet" schemes knew what we know.

If participants are paid primarily from money received from new recruits, then the company is an illegal pyramid or Ponzi scheme.

Wow, that's quite the story.Not saying what he did was right, again, regardless of what "everyone else" was doing... but in the grand scheme of things, his transgressions as compared to those of others...As the saying goes, life just isn't fair is it.

The system is a pyramid scheme and that is not hidden.

I'm by no means looking for a get rich quick scheme because I know that's not possible in real estate.

My question isn't about a get rich quick scheme, it's about exploring an option that is worth a few thousand dollars if I can get it resolved in the next week or three.
