Usual WS approach is to shove a PSA in front of guy and make a false representation that they'll take title. 

But if the rental contract was signed under false pretenses, it's not valid, and I would hope you'd therefore have other options involving treating this woman as a trespasser.

This idea that property management takes a lot of time is absurd and the idea that it takes a super-human effort is beyond belief to me.
