Wish I as a private citizen had that excuse.

I'd also like to get some more insight, although I think for now, setting up a corporation won't be worth it for me (mainly due to tax complications from also being a US citizen).

I know there are limitations around borrowing money if you’re not a citizen etc and I’m sure plenty of not so obvious hurdles will pop up.

Just here to provide incite and information in how law enforcement works, general procedures, how police think, why they do certain things, and maybe help in building conversation between police and citizens.

Did you submit a citizen comment around the the CDBG Action Plan? 

For better or worse, the uniformity clause found in the state constitution restricts how Pennsylvania and its political subdivision can tax the citizens.

All which lead to either remote neighborhoods or institutional-type housing arrangements.Putting prejudices aside (they are not a protected class of citizens), if they pay their bills and have the money, this might be a profitable approach.

I have hope that the US will NOT abandon Puerto Rico and it's US citizens and that it will be a better Puerto Rico that what it is right now, that's why I'm investing.
