I painted ALL of the concrete floors and about 18 inches up the walls (cats spray) and opened all the windows. 

You can spin it left or spin it right or maybe even move it an inch or two (a hassle) but design around it.  

I use a 12 inch broad knife as a shield to keep it OFF THE TRIM.

Solid nickel cabinet bar pulls were like 8 each, 12 inches long.

I have mixed reactions.... yes there are cut backs on usage and thanks to our government, the $1.4 trillion dollars worth of water that was dumped into the ocean to save a 3 inch "possibly endangered" guppy didn't help us.

What they found was all new plumbing and an PVC drain tube that had a rubber fitting on it connecting a 4 inch gap that was not properly connected.

I saw every square inch of every unit before talking contract.  

It is a ranch home and the basement walls have a horizontal crack with a bow shape in the middle by 1-2 inches from vertical.

There is one part of the structure that crosses the property line by about 2 or 3 inches.

In that case, I broom off (sharp shovels on rubber roofs is just asking for trouble, I think) the first 6 feet or so if the snowfall is more than 8 inches or so.I'm not sure who would do that for you if you wanted to hire it out.
