I have mixed reactions.... yes there are cut backs on usage and thanks to our government, the $1.4 trillion dollars worth of water that was dumped into the ocean to save a 3 inch "possibly endangered" guppy didn't help us.

What they found was all new plumbing and an PVC drain tube that had a rubber fitting on it connecting a 4 inch gap that was not properly connected.

In that case, I broom off (sharp shovels on rubber roofs is just asking for trouble, I think) the first 6 feet or so if the snowfall is more than 8 inches or so.I'm not sure who would do that for you if you wanted to hire it out.
