They've really tightened up their targeting and as a result, when I get served ads now, I usually download the app recommend or bookmark the ad's website.

I have enough to let it sit on market for a couple mth so it would strain my finances to bad to do it right now and right now isnt the best time because of x mas.

It's the opposite really, home starts are much lower than demand because of building prices so there's a strain on existing inventory (real demand, not speculative).
