I think that's the root cause of the negative remarks.

There are many are going back to roots and simplifying.. and the colleges around here do alot with the "green" movement.

While bleach is effective in killing surface mold, it doesn't kill the roots of the mold.  

One partner feeling like they are doing more work for less money is often the root cause of disputes - and note that there are dozens of things to be done that are time-consuming, yet not directly related to the actual rehab - turning on/off utilities, binding insurance coverages, calling/scheduling contractors/subs, cleaning, landscaping, etc.Is either of you licensed as a realtor or contractor? 

If your utilities ran on my easement based on what you have posted, I'd grab a shovel, break them in half and tell you don't dare touch my property except to drive on it.Personally, I'm rooting for your neighbor.

Out of my $60k gross income, I had to pay for a landscaper, utilities, soap, shampoo, propane for the grill, repairs, not to mention furnishing an entire home.  

I've gotten plenty of leads off this grass roots marketing idea. 

I think that's the root of the problem, although these protesters haven't done a good job of articulating what they want.

You did not do your due diligence to determine the root of the problem.
