Being a real estate investor doesn't mean being a perpetual real estate acquirer. 

Blames the Property Manager for wind, hail, storms, tornadoes, winter storms, freezing pipes, foundation movement, dead grass, etc...

Buffett purchase $3 billion of perpetual preferred stock with a 10% dividend.

There is this common misconception among relatively young and newbie RE investors in Canada (more specifically Ontario) that the markets will continue to rise in perpetuity.  

Also, movements in rates, up a 1/8th, down an 1/8th, is common in the market and shouldn't be viewed as a 'rate drop.'

Its not far from downtown and the artsy fartsy movement going on in Fishtown is just a stroll away. 

First, I would definitely run your foundation guy through unless there's absolutely no evidence of foundation movement.

Areas are seeing a lot of movement with the older homes that are not historical.

I've rebuilt a fair amount of foundations and even when they show signs of movement it can be many years till they need full rebuild. 

I have no interest in paying fees to a corrupt trade organization that perpetuates itself on lies and fear, in order to buy and sell my own property, which I already have the legal right to do as a citizen of a free country.Speaking of fear.
