These types of jobs cannot be outsourced to India or the Philipines.

Yep, I can "outsource" that in-house too.When I want to shift up to include commercial, or any other opportunities, I'll have that lined up as well.I might even invest in an orange grove, so my money really can grow on trees.

Since you're local, you could outsource the marketing/booking piece and handle onsite issues, or try to find a local PM and negotiate a fee for being on call.

This means your knowledge is lower.You have to outsource everything.

When you do a lease is there a minimum lease payment made to the laundry company? Trying to assess all the costs:
I know costs to landlord may include water, electricity but is there any lease payment as well?

I'm willing to put in the time for my first deal for the experience, then eventually work up into bigger deals where I can outsource more and more of the work.Thanks again for all your feedback!
