If so it may work but it appears from what I have read here you would be going into that business dramatically under gunned.

The "long term prognosis on Baltimore’s values" varies dramatically by neighborhood.  

Many deals blow up for this reason.To be honest, these numbers are pretty dramatic and not that common.

We are talking a dramatic change in your profits, adding tens of thousands of dollars to your bottom line.Third - man, what's the deal with your headline "98K in profits on 3 deals...?"

But by allowing pets in my units, I dramatically increase my potential tenant pool, so for me its worth the risk.  

If you bought the property at market value, then you would have to be in a seriously rocking market to see a dramatic increase in value in a couple years.

For too many years sinkhole claims were a much used and abused scam benefiting homeowners, engineering firms, repair companies, lawyers etc..By some remarkable coincidence, as the cost of coverage became more expensive, benefits became slimmer, and the economy improved, the amount of claims have fallen off dramatically. 

I owned 7 since 2007 and I never thought the drop would be so dramatic.  

I cant imagine it would ever make much more than $400 in my neighborhood, but it would dramatically increase the value of the property.

I’ll follow up on this with more accurate monthly numbers because we’re currently at 90% occupancy and our expenses have dropped dramatically, especially the annual taxes.
