I'm being a little dramatic here, but if your property gets bad reviews because of cleaning, this will lead to less bookings, less revenue for the homeowner and less revenue for you as a Co-Host.

If I were a banker and you came to me with this, I would consider amending the loan agreement to allow the transfer, but have the LLC sign on as a co-borrower.

Putting a co-tenant on the lease, ( they are sisters) and one has 840 score, but the other told me she had an eviction on the record, which was a roommate dispute 5 years ago.

If he does not, then you should keep the GF on the lease until he can find a replacement co-tenant or a co-signer just as he would if he was leasing on his own.
