I have 2 fallback plansfirst, my gf's bro in law has a fencing business and needs a place to put a dumpster for his stuff, this place is 3.5 acres zoned agricultural. he has excellent credit so i proposed a deal, he co-signs for us till we can refinance and he will have a space for his dumpster, not like it's trash, just pressure treated lumber. the house needs new decking so I may end up with free lumber.

I keep a loaded AR in my closet, and my wife kept an unloaded .38 in hers. 

Currently they are helping me renovate and unload that property.

We will hear the giant flushing sound when sellers overwhelm buyers because Wall Street is unloading or caught in a downdraft, possibly due to a hacker or closure of international exchanges. 

If I were to buy a SFR, expenses would be higher with not much additional rent and chances are I’d have to put a little money to update it.The real estate market in the Bay Area doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon.SFRs seems to have jumped $100K in the past year or 2.So I’m wondering if it makes sense to wait for prices to come down a bit (if it ever does).How easy would it be to unload a MFH vs. a SFR?

Quite often when families have real estate that they receive through probate they just want to unload them because they may be in different States than where the property is located. 

I would have a relationship with probate attorneys and see if they would furnish me with sellers that I could help unload problem homes.  

This will, I hope, keep you away from lumber yards and sawmills and maybe even save your digits from being lopped off.

Good time to buy though as people are unloading properties at lower prices.

So I decided to go to the lumber store to get some prices of the basic materials that I need and was quite shocked by some of these numbers, it makes me appreciate what we have that's easily available in our country.
