Belief and Faith... then taking massive action.Wholesaling is simple, but not always easy....

I also have some friends and family getting me into contact with another Investor in the area so that I can look at either partnering with him on the deal, or possibly talking to him and seeing if he'd be willing to mentor me.I am of the personal belief that it doesn't matter how big or small the steps you take are as long as you're actually taking them.

I'm new to the forums (this is my first ever comment/post haha) and have just been listening to the podcast religiously for the last 5 months or so and trying to take in as much knowledge as I can.

This is a question I often ask young investors and seldom get a response beyond a pie in the sky belief that they will pass their investments along to family when they die.

If you want to just be together in a sanctioned way there are plenty of religious ceremonies that can "marry" you without the weight of financial ruin. 

What if a family moved in that looked different or had a different religion or cultural belief, would you want to city to ban that too so as to not bring down the neighborhood?

They start to have bizarre attitudes and unrealistic tenant expectations.There's this strong general belief here on Bigger Pockets that "a good property manager" will solve every problem you have and "your time is too valuable" to spend managing apartments and working with tenants.

They used a lot of this detail to present to their board when deciding to lend.My belief is you can find someone willing to work with you even if this is a new arena for you because you are an experienced investor.

People in general can have limiting self beliefs in their own minds of how things are or what can be achieved.In commercial it Is more analytics and numbers.

So part of the strategy would likely need to be done in relationship with local religious groups who are also interested with transforming their communities.
