It's funny how only some race graphs fit the left's victimhood narrative, but not others.ANY person can get a job in this grand economy created by our President and pay off their student, mortgage, credit card, doctor debt.

It makes sense that doctors are interested in medicine, lawyers in law, dentists in teeth, etc. and money just sort of exists for many of them.You, my friend, are the perfect beast!

@Deren Huang I'd buy a few day care centers, invest in a some doctors/dentist/vet practices, and maybe some Jimmie Johns franchises (because who doesn't like Jimmie Johns?)

If they've been there a long time, my guess is most of their resources (doctors, groceries, etc) are also in the area. 

(What, did they think the doctors threw drugs in there???) 

Traveling nurses and doctors got HUGE during the Covid Era, and while they do seem to have scaled back, there is still a market.

I'm glad doctors and other medical providers don't get their degrees and qualifications by simply reading.The next best thing would be to find a general contractor or someone else with that experience and see if he or she can work with you to come up with a good system.
