Buyers walk away disappointed AND feeling a bit deceived.  

My idea of a 4-year-pamper-fest is how Colorado State has an on-site massage therapy clinic where students who are stressed can get massages, and how students at Yale needed therapy dogs and cancelled classes to cope with election disappointment.  

We got a disappointing $415K as the appraised value.

If he's not bringing in at least 1 billion a year I am sure Carl is pretty disappointed.

So, while my ROI is still infinite, since I had no money in the deal, my ROE is very disappointing ($700 month/$300K equity).  

Well divided by 3 years it becomes the 20.8% rule and divided by 12 months becomes the 1.7 rule...Double Ah, the old 62.5% rule becomes the 1.7 rule, its so disappointing.......
