More clarity about fees up front.In selling, it's hard to get details on commissions from a realtor. 

I do agree that in the next economic slow down the Fed will probably go back to ZIRP (possibly even NIRP), however I don't think this would necessarily cause investors to have some moment of clarity that they didn't have before.
