It’s like counting how many 10 year olds that want to become a doctor.

I just finished my Doctorate (I'm 26) and am working as a nurse practitioner and quickly realizing that if I make this my entire life I'll end up on the other side of the locked psych unit (I work in behavioral health).

Ok that's my left field reply  probably not anything you want to hear but I just think if someone rallied all the sports star's they could weild one hell of a hedge fund.Friend of mine is an airline pilot and there are a few money guys that specialize in doing ivestments for only pilots and I bet there are others that do that only for doctors etc.And maybe I don't know enough about it.. maybe the players relying on their agents for investment advice and maybe my idea is wishful thinking.

I identified three different categories of investors - (1) Investors with no capital or desire to invest in multifamily/real estate (2) Working professionals (doctors, lawyers, techies) with an appetite to invest and working capital but do not have real estate expertise (3) Deal makers/Investors who want control - Either those who are actively putting deals together and operate in the general partnership or investors who want control and active management of the day to day decisions regarding the asset and investment strategy. 

You may never see what I post in your life-time, but I guarantee you that you will be an extremely lucky person if you don’t see at least one thing that I show you in my photos.I have rented to doctors and police officers and they have done damages just as bad as some of the tenants that were low income.

Especially today with these crafty tenants receiving letters from doctors about needing an emotional support dog.  

This is a 250,000 square foot facility next to its existing surgical center near Palladio at Broadstone.Overall, Folsom could see over 500,000 square feet of new doctor’s offices and medical clinics.

What are you people freaking nieve or just brain washed with an idealogy that serves me more than it does you.I hear the uninformed say get rid of MEDICARE, but funny thing is when they go see the doctor, they whip out their MEDICARE card, why don't they burn it and never use it?

I love it when my friends ADD to my live by recommending doctors, lawyers, title companies, restaurants, shampoo  . . . you get the picture.

After almost two weeks or so of living in home Path lights inspector came to due walk through and we stressed our concerns since walls were turning again and we were told "this will be reported and addressed ASAP" NOTHING I shortly after move in became ill and then worse and worse n Doctor could figure it out .
