There are national websites like www.estatesales.net that you can use to browse in your area. 

I would also go on LoopNet, CBRE, NAI, etc. to browse and pull multifamily listings that meet my criteria and look at the Offering Memorandums (OM), which contain detailed information of the properties.

I have learned a ton from just browsing the site for the past few months and this website is an incredibly powerful tool.A bit about myself:  My name is Parth and I am a healthcare professional in South Jersey.

I do this by browsing listings for comparable units on Furnished Finder.

Ross Miller I've also been browsing around the Schuylkill Haven and Blue Mountain areas and I found the same thing... deals are tough to come by.
