Not trying to attack anyone here.Real estate done right and properly (doesn't have to be perfectly) with common sense is equivalent to shooting fish in a barrel, and if you happen to conveniently be located in a market that is very good, it's equivalent to having a shotgun in your hand.

So for those out there who continue to attack my integrity and willingness to still proceed with the deal let me ask you this:If you were my realtor would you drop me and never talk to me again or would you still work with me trying to get the deal done??

I'm fortunate to enjoy my tech job...The trick is to wildly brainwash yourself and attempt to minimize the panic attacks.
