Okay well Feb wasn't a great month but it wasn't completely dismal, here goes with Mar hope it gets better from here :D 1) Continue to tackle those pesky mistakes from years past2) Continue to save money 3) Locate potential properties in the AZ area preferably Queen Creek, Tempe or Chandler.4) Get some extended time off of work, gotta get a way from "the man" every once and a while.Here goes, will keep you all posted.

I don't know why my last post posted like that, but someone living in philadelphia is going to be way better off with gas heat, because when temps hit below 40 guess how a heat pump heats, with resistance heat.
