I believe trying to tackle all of this might be too overwhelming in a short period of time.

Once we tackle these issues, we can move forward with the revitalization process.

I am unsure how to tackle this issue and hoping I can get some advice so I do not end up costing myself more time and money.I have a tenant that has never paid rent on time and is currently behind on payments.

And to clarify it's not that you can't or won't be successful, it's that you seem to have resources that would allow you to tackle something with a higher barrier of entry than wholesaling (which traditionally people use as a stepping stone vs focusing on just that).  

Heck, maybe I would start a daycare center and bring my kids to work with me.Next, I would tackle my grocery spending by planning my meals a week in advance and shop one time.

The big firms there (Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook etc) raised $500M to try to start to tackle the problem since they partly created it (skyrocketing of house prices and rent) but they have to deal with the red tape.
