A starting launch pad with these and you can edit/or your lawyer can edit them from there.Another option: Find a local REI meetup and see if anyone is willing to let you use their documents as well. 

We really do want to launch a GIS program that can be used by almost anyone as opposed to the super expensive software that doesn't make sense for most people because they don't have enough scale. 

And neither title companies, nor attorneys, “legalise a contract”....there is no such thing. it is amazing to me that folks would launch into wholesaling with limited to no knowledge of how transactions work and the nomenclature of the industry.. talk about throwing money away on marketing with no hope of doing a deal.
