Otherwise, California interprets the LLC "doing business" in California broadly and will deem your LLC doing business in California and subject to California's taxes.

HOWEVER, my experience has been that many MDJ's will enforce 'their own interpretations of the law' and have required some notice (as per lease--we give 3-days) and many want to see 10-days.
