Who really cares if the Germans think we are unkind to our poor .. these are the same folks that stuffed millions Of men women and children into gas chambers To die horrific deaths  .

If you disagree, you should do what @Dennis M. is suggesting.But I remember being in my 20s and dealing with men and women in their 50s who thought they were all that and a bag of chips.

I hope not because our servicemen/women deserve better than you can offer them.

Its a fresh, exciting world where women have leveled the playing field.

You have considerable investments in them, you have people paying you fairly large amounts of money, yet you want as little to do with the property itself, and as little contact with your customers as possible.I can think of no other business where businessmen/women have such a cavalier attitude to their own business! 

An agency empowered to "enforce" a local municipal, county, district or state code makes the demand upon the owners to comply.

Try to tell them what to expect and empower them to decide whether they want to stay or move. 

The reason I may implement the move is because the existing tenants have been there for 10 & 16 years but are paying well below the average rent and also have these tenants pay the electric bill (which is seperated per unit), since the women (recently deceased) did not increase the rents on them or make them sign a lease. 

If it doesn't sound reasonable to be required to let a man move into a house full of women who don't want him there - then it's probably not a legal requirement.
