Going through the eviction process affects us in many ways.Not only are we disappointed because the Tenant didn’t work out, but we’re pretty worried now to boot.Not only are we worried, but we’re pretty angry because it took a lot of work to get our rental units into shape again.

Disappointing cause it cost us an extra like $50 a month, but it quickly went up to 4.3 and doesn't look to be letting up much any time soon.With any luck refi will be an option and maybe we can scoop up that 3.875 as planned.

Otherwise, you could get high rent comps to get to the closing table, and then be disappointed in the rent you can attain.
