I think that it is vitally important to be working on the deal side and the money side both.

@Michelle Eisenberg From reading BP and books I’m learning that building an excellent TEAM is vital.

I have a 5% rate with my parents on two loans, but it does come with strings attached like replacing the kitchen facet, sink drains, and a ceiling fan in one of their rentals yesterday. 

I'd like to look at another facet.
