Some people need to live someplace for a few months while their house is being built or remodeled or while they are on temporary assignment in an area because of a job.

Some ideas I’ve been considering:Lower rent (I’ve already done this on one unit)Offer half off first month’s rent or some other temporary discountFind other channels for advertisingSuggestions and critiques on my ads are welcome!

The other day she complained about her refrigerator not working, so immediately went to my used appliance guy and picked up an apartment sized refrigerator that I said is temporary until I can get a larger one.
