All, you’ve all good insights and rationale for your beliefs.

Once the courts open they are going to be back logged beyond belief. 

I'm puttying my money where that belief is too.

Contrary to popular belief, this is not set because I believe it will give me a higher return.

By controlling our fears (color coded emergency alerts, the Patriot Act, ridiculous searches in airports, etc) and our beliefs (Iraq = 9/11, Iraq = WMD), the previous administration was able to get the American people (at least a significant number of them) to buy-into our invading and overthrowing a country on the grounds that they somehow had direct ties to terror against the United States.

It has been my belief that the investor should get all the information possible in order for them to do their due diligence and make an informed and logical decision.Depending on what you're looking for, the MLS may not be your best source.

But I still stand by the belief that if we, as professional investors, raise our standards then we be providing a product and service that deserves the profit we make off of that investment.

You know that wishes don't make dreams come true, but a burning desire and belief that you can achieve your goals.

Everyone here except the former slaves came here to escape something, religious persecution, economic struggles etc, and now here we are(not all of us) telling others that they are not good enough to be here, or trying to send them all back.

The problem is, I think many of these business and property owners are two-faced about their beliefs -- they say they don't want illegal immigrants in the country, but they continue to hire and rent to them.
