So what is similar to your story is that we both would end our primary careers at a fairly young age (I’m not a sports guy but I’m guessing retirement age tends to arrive before grey hair) and could subsequently have long and successful investment careers. 

If you enjoy having a government agency control you by the short hairs, then go for it. 

For example, I've seen new investors walk up to a "grey haired" investor asking how they are invested..  

They wanted another of our unit which is occupies by a hair salon currently, the hair salon does give trouble with late payments sometimes, but we are keeping them there as we know it will be very hard to fill the unit of the driving school.

I am combing through craigslist and finding potential deals.

I also read foreign news and sites to see how the stories they put out compare to ours, in many cases, that will raise hair on your neck.

Lockdowns and reduced personal care occasions (amidst restricted living), has led to lower demand for skin care, deodorants and hair care.

My involvement was not hands on, investors/management, but the CG was pulling his hair out with compliance issues.I'm probably the only guy that has medical grade electrical outlets in a cabin and storage building, left overs.

As it turns out, I'm a geotechnical engineer and we have more dirt workers and concrete contractors calling us up with hair brain schemes and suggestions so THEY can save money and get more margin on THEIR work that they bid lump sum to the "stupid" developer.
