Currently JPMorgan is the only bank to have done so but and limits transactions to $50,000 a month unless express business is allowed by the bank (aka it wont be allowed) the USA is in a currency valuation crisis and the banks are looking to lock up capital to weather the storm.

It might still be possible to turn the debt and the country around.If the country continues to spend like a drunken sailor and continues to grow government rather than real jobs there will eventually be a severe crisis.
