Those are confined to cages and majority of the time are not getting out and freely roaming the house.

I called the bank to see if direct deposit through Cozy would count, but sounds like a 'no.'

Thanks for the comments so far.I'm using a credit report from Cozy - only basic info is provided about each delinquent account.

@Brewer Staub I use Cozy for a couple properties.

The next step in the process once approved is that Cozy can be setup for ACH transfers as well.Those who do not wish to use it can mail a check or go to a branch of our bank (large bank) and deposit into a sub-account number we give them.Late fees are designed to make sure people pay on time and hopefully prefer the online payment or self payment at the branch.

(they are a great young couple with 2 dogs and live 4 doors up from me).....I've rented to them for 1.8 years. .And I did do the pest control when they first moved in...coz I had a contract for my home too.

Cozy provides a screening service ($40 fee for the applicant - however the credit report and background check gives you peace-of-mind that you selected a good tenant) as well as online rent payment.

I was a bit taken aback since it is a husky/german shepherd mix which does not fall within the confines of our allowable pet policy.
