Now, you should, of course, have EVIDENCE of the disability (ie: here is the file folder containing the doctor's note concerning my disability, I will show it to you from a distance, so you know it exists, before I put this PRIVAT MEDICAL RECORD back in the file folder).  

I mean you don't go see a new doctor every time you fell ill...so why would you go pull your financial pants down every time you want to borrow a buck?

When you own a business, are a doctor etc. making 500k a year or more it gets much easier to invest and take advantage of opportunities for big equity gains.If you do not have that then many go the syndication route to get passive investors who do to go in on projects with them.You can only cut so much and people need to work just as smart and hard to find ways to make more income.I believe in plan for tomorrow but enjoy yourself today (within your means and within reason).   

My second purchase was partnering with my neighbor who is a doctor and he went to his bank and got a $100k credit line, just like I had. 

I cannot however consider an engineer or doctor past 35 who is making 300K or 400K wanting 5 roommates to survive.

I started watching him more closely, he never went to the doctor or the hospital.

Time varies by how obvious the disability is and how up on chasing your doctor for the paperwork.

Doctors, Lawyers, Architects, Hairdressers, etc...will spend thousands and thousands of dollars to educate themselves for their chosen career path...and think nothing of it.3 - When you add up 1 + 2 above, you should expect to pay for your career path knowledge as well. 

One of the nurses at my doctor's office was telling me a story about how they rented a former home that was underwater & it all went south & the stress out her husband in the hospital with a heart attack.
