She even give me attitude and dare me to go complaint to the manager.

Maybe its the New York attitude but he always got to the bottom of everything.

I'm not knocking David, I see many HML's on here with an attitude of "I don't have to do that" they also lack a deeper understanding of loan compliance, why things are done and that when customary practices are not followed, those rules will set the goal line of how they should be conducting business.
