While you're filling your tool buckets, get a Stanley block plane.

Try proving it one way or the other....A recent topic came up on a vet forum I frequent.....owner requests tranquilizers for plane travel for her "ESA"...... if your pet is so stressed over the travel that you need to tranquilize them, are they really even an ESA?

I had an older law student sign a rental agreement long-distance and I Fed-Exed him his key, so he wouldn't have to disturb me when his flight arrived late at night from Seattle. 

And I saw another post in the thread that mentioned bedbugs, of course I dealt with another unit that had them a few weeks ago, and amidst all of that FedeX Ground made a Sunday delivery today of a bunch of my DIY roach supplies I need for several units, including the two mentioned above.

I loved using the USPS priority mail because they can't dodge proof of delivery and it's cheaper than UPS or FedEx. 

Is it OK to start a lease and Fedex Mail it back and forth?

She works for her real estate agent sister and her husband fixes planes and is working on his license, so steady jobs.

Even in those cases, I tell people to at least get on a plane to see the property and the neighborhood before they buy it.
