The people you do business with reflect upon you, and an alleged professional who gets into shouting matches in the street after midnight is a tool.

I searched the site and forums and was surprised to see there wasn't a tread/review on REI Trifecta software by Cameron Dunlap.

I'm not an attorney but, would not want to be defending myself from an allegation that i took advantage of someone in foreclosure.The registration would be applicable to all but a very specific, small group of entities/people.

@Charlie Cameron thats what ive been noticing too but i wouldnt mind checking out those emails, im on most wholesalers list in the area but in case im not on any of those, id love to check them out!

@Cameron Baher I would keep looking for a multi family but maybe expand your search geographically and look in some up and coming C areas.

Subjective reasons cannot be verified and as such can lead to allegations of or actual instances of discrimination.

reporting the other guy for an alleged violation, won't win you the house.

I bought a flip property last last year in Cameron Park and forced appreciation works but market appreciation on top of it was surprising to say the least.We have been looking for 10-50 unit MF in Sacramento for a while and it's tough.
