I would also recommend reading every article about mobile home parks you can find on the internet, as well as the publication "The Manufactured Housing Review" produced by Kurt Kelley.You should also start watching American Pickers and Pawn Stars on the History Channel as they are great regular refreshers on the art of negotiating.The bottom line is that you an never get too much information, and you are smart to realize that.
