Check out the black mold visible when sections of this wall were removed - it was in virtually every room behind every wall:The mold smell in this house was unbelievable - it literally hit you in face when you walked in.  

By this point I've read quite a few books and after recently discovering Bigger Pockets, I've been pretty addicted to the podcast which has also been a huge wealth of information.

That has to come from the owners pocket and the bills can be HUGE.Ultimately, for the seasoned investor, commercial can be unbelievable for its cash flow, appreciation and returns.

This is the best business to build/grow legacy wealthy while preserving capital as a unbelievable tax shelter.

I eventually found a local guy who came in 15 minutes, handled it quickly, and for an unbelievable price.Now if I ever have plumbing problems again, I have a great peace of mind that I know who to call right away.

RE investing is very exciting and addicting.
