Anything below that and Realtors will probably steer away their buyers from your home (even though that's against ethics, it does happen)If you decide not to offer commission to the buyer's agent, you'll severely limit your amount of potential buyers.

Anyone can sell you a property.. but remember those that sell it to you get paid that day then its up to you and YOUR PM... so between choosing the right turnkey company and in turn the best PM those will be critical to your success. also I always recommend you steer clear of the very low value assets or as others have mentioned the headache properties.

To be clear, this is a refi out of FHA on my personal residence, I'm asking for the great BP Knowledge Cloud to make it rain because my normal, ehem "strategy", of asking Google was surprisingly barren of information.I would appreciate any information from those who have done similar, or maybe some guidance to steer me in the right direction for an answer, thank you all for your time!!
