I don't have affordable multifamilies in my neck of the woods so my first investment ended up being in Syracuse.

Just yesterday I was in a crawlspace to do an inspection and besides the spiders crawling on me I rubbed my neck against some insulation and now I have a pretty rash! 

The article above seems to have glossed over that fact.So the question remains, is there money to be made in your neck of the woods with section 8 housing?  

Without builders placing their necks on the line there would be no community to live in.
