I do own 1 rental property and if I do open an LLC can I incorporate that one too?

That isn't to suggest avoiding any other strategies, but depending on where you are in your career and knowing the optempo of submarine life, it might be worth considering incorporating into your overall plan. 

I know a realtor is part of my core 4 so I definitely don’t want to get around incorporating one on my team.
