It seems legit - doubful all the web press and marketing etc. is solely made up. 

With this being my first rental property (potentially if all plays out well), Im hard press to think about the what if's.

Which is to say that if you bought it at retail, the $30,000 might be hard pressed to drive $75,000 in increased value ($75,000    —-> $150,000) which you will not really know until it is appraised after you have done all the work.  

That’s exciting.Right now you’re going to be hard pressed to find “investor friendly” pricing with contractors that you haven’t already done volume w/.

You will be hard pressed to find someone local to you that will share "too much" info and help create competition for themselves.

I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better, more genuine community.

For upscale renting, you can go to $200K in areas like Prairie Village, Mission, etc. and rents may press to $2000/mo, but you're starting to skim renters at the higher end.

In Milwaukee we have the news starting to pick up on it and we see bad press every week, leading to mounting public and legislative pressure.
