Suppliers are one of the biggest headaches while doing rehabs.Because I live in one of the fastest growing counties in the country and shop at multiple home depots and Loews.There is a huge variation from store to store as far as service goes.Real lumber yards are normally cheaper.

https://revenue-hub.com/hotel-... haha true the hotel is going againts airbnb BUT .... they are even losing money than you guys, at very least you could sell your primary and move to your Airbnb or convert it to LTR lol hotel can't do that....investing in hotel is still the fastest way to lost money in the last 3 years

Also, get very, very familiar with your local RE market and the current and past conditions by driving neighborhoods, talking with agents, looking at inventory levels (current and past), and know which areas to stay clear of, which homes sell the fastest and in what areas.

The white you see is the pvc which is part of the window, I built an entire window frame with exterior casing, sill and it is routered for the window glass to sit in the grove.
