This is where I'm still contemplating on whether I should pursue my own CPA license OR simply hire a CPA when tax time comes.

@Jay Hinrichs That's not something I've ever contemplated, so I reserve the right to be wrong.As I look at the rougher parts of greater Boston, I've never seen anything that would make me think that the main streets are safer than side streets.I have a few cops in the family.

It's pretty complex stuff & am contemplating purchasing a software program that has an IRA module with some good spreadsheets.

We have a full-gut rehab coming-up and are contemplating adding a roof-top deck - there is no yard and the rooftop offers an amazing view of the harbour.We have the option of either an internal or external stairwell.
