Thank you, @Stevo Sun - this brought me the clarity on how people invest in Canada.

I do agree that in the next economic slow down the Fed will probably go back to ZIRP (possibly even NIRP), however I don't think this would necessarily cause investors to have some moment of clarity that they didn't have before. 

I'm sure that you'll probably think "I have no idea..." which tells you that you need more clarity in your investing goals.When starting out, in my opinion, it is best to pick one strategy, learn a decent amount about it, and put it directly into practice while you learn.

More clarity about fees up front.In selling, it's hard to get details on commissions from a realtor.

While the federal regulations will be the same across the US, each state is likely to have different compliance measures, so it would be smart for you to gain clarity from an attorney who has specialized experience with mobile home parks. 

I have a relatively small REI portfolio at the moment and only one or two international RE investments that might cause a certain layer of expertise (which I wasn’t really anticipating when I got involved with them), so I’m hoping to get some clarity around that, too.
