Here are some prices I'd pay in my area, with my contractors on entry-level houses (so it may not be comparable):- Flooring: o Carpet ($1.10 per square foot) o 12mm Vinyl ($1.00 per square foot) o Tile ($5-7 per square foot, depending on tile)- Vanities: o Single Vanity ($150-300, materials and installation) o Double Vanity ($350-700, materials and installation)- Granite Countertops: o $25-35 per square foot- Tub/Shower: o Tiled Shower ($18/sf concrete base + $8/sf surround) o OTS Tub/Surround ($400 materials, $125 installation)- Fixtures: o Toilets ($150-200, materials and installation) o Faucets ($60-90, materials and installation) o Shower/Tub Hardware ($150-200, materials and installation)- Sheetrock/Paint o Sheetrock ($.70 per square foot) o Paint ($150-300 for the room, depending on size)If I were to gut a bathroom, I'd typically pay about $1500-2000 to rebuild it, but again, I'm doing entry level houses with relatively low-end finishes.

@Brian Pulaski it should be noted that this roof is a complete tear off and rebuild and that I am speaking with the Providence Building Dept to determine exactly how they would like it reframed.

I would offer the cost of the lot and offer to take care of any compliance/code issues as you will be tearing down the house and rebuilding it to code.
