A buddy of mine had one and had to deal with middle of the night calls to take care of leaky faucets and hair clogs in the midst of a dozen sorority girls in various night wear (not joking).

I am a buy and hold girl.

Generate additional monthly income to help with the growing expenses of raising a family in New York City (currently have a 1 y/o baby girl).

I have literally been at a strip club and one of the girls told me that she was also a realtor.

I actually may be processed out of the navy soon because my mom is ill with two young girls and no help.

My girl is about to start work as an accountant at Deloitte.

I don't conduct much business at home but very soon I'll be moving my desk and files from the desk area in our living room to my man cave in the basement as trying to do accounting with 3 little girls bouncing off me isn't easy!

The only caution I would have is location to the base should be a concern and understanding how these guys and girls receive their housing pay.

When LJ was 9 years old he decided that he was going to buy a house when he 'grew up" because we were sponsoring a child through "Save the Children," and when he found out that the little girl we were sponsoring slept on a muddy, dirt floor he decided that he would save up for a home so that he could keep "poor people" from sleeping on dirt floors. [ one Autistic super-power, perseveration] I  told him that if he wanted to do that then he should start saving money.

My goal is to launch my financial future for the legacy of my 2 baby girls.
