Being that I live and invest in Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN, I have made it my duty to spread the importance of this distinction because I run into far too many out of state investors that associate ALL of ND and it's RE markets with the success of the Western ND oil industry.

Our houses are not currently in east campus, I have a concentration right by Columbia college and another handful+ in the western urban area. 

Hello, I am trying to find a mortgage broker in the Pittsburgh area and was wondering if anyone had one to recommend? I am trying to do a cash out refi and having a hard time finding one.

We own all 30 of our properties in western Pennsylvania without much hassle. 

I ended up with a non-recourse loan with First Western Federal Savings Bank www.myiralender.com. 

I also get a decent number of leads in the northwest and western suburbs that don't make sense for the typical fix & flip buyer but might make a lot of sense for a buy & hold investor.  

I am from the  north western part of NJ and Chris is from Passaic County area. 

I've set uupan appointment with a few more banks and I'll call more later, so eventually I'll find the financing I need.Does anyone know of any banks around western washington that offer 203k financing on separated duplexes?
