We had tons of small family reunions, Wedding receptions.

Any way just another brainstorming thought on a Wed morning.

At our local Investors group meeting (PREIA) The theme this month was "Shark Tank".  

I got wed to a couple pesky tenant in long leases.

The best man at my wedding also bought a 3 flat with Brie right near Troy and Berteau and I like that area.
